Where we acts as the Authorised Corporate Director (ACD) or Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) we are responsible for the management, operation and risk management oversight of those funds. We also ensure that the investments within the fund meet with regulatory restrictions and the investment guidelines set out in the prospectus.
