Aurora Capital Limited (“ACL”) is a New Zealand based investment management company set up to offer tailored investment products to the existing Aurora Financial Group Limited (“AFG”) distribution network.
FundRock NZ Limited ("FundRock NZ") is the issuer and manager of the Aurora KiwiSaver Scheme (“Scheme”), with investment management undertaken by ACL, who appoint and select the underlying funds and investment managers for the Scheme. The Scheme is registered under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 and is regulated by the FMA.
The Scheme is promoted and distributed by AFG. AFG provides financial advice to retail clients and is a Licenced Financial Advice Provider, it has over 100 employees based in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.
