The Foundation Series US Dividend Equity Fund (the Fund) is a PIE-compliant New Zealand-domiciled fund with investment management undertaken by InvestNow Saving and Investment Service (InvestNow).
FundRock NZ Limited is the issuer and manager of the Fund. The Fund is registered as an offer within a Managed Investment Scheme under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 and is regulated by the FMA.
The Fund aims for high long-run returns by investing in an Exchange-Traded Fund that invests in in high dividend yielding shares issued by companies in the United States that have a record of consistently paying dividends.
The Fund’s objective is to perform broadly in line with the return of its investment benchmark before fees and tax over the long-term.
The Fund’s investment benchmark is the Dow Jones U.S. Dividend 100 Index (NZD) TR.
